Points positifs : Le lieu est très beau. Jean Philippe est prévenant tout en restant discret. Les enfants ont pu profiter de tous les jeux à leur disposition. Plusieurs activités très sympa dans les environs proches.

pleasant stay in a cosy accomodation

Points positifs : we had a pleasant stay for one week. the host is very kind and offers a lot of useful information. the accomodation is a good place either to relax and to explore Saumur or the area around the Loire valley. Either by bycicle or car. we enjoyed much the pool at the end of the day. the illumination in the evenings provides a cosy ambiente, only topped by the view of the stars. we will definitely come back one day as there are much more places to discover . thanks Jean-Phillipe for your kind hospitality!

Points négatifs : access to a washing machine would be a bonus. at least if you stay longer than one week

Fantastic gite, beautiful pool and property

Points positifs : This is a fantastic and beautiful property, Jean-Philippe and his wife were excellent hosts providing us with recommendations in the local area to visit and eat. You can buy wine stored in their own personal cave which was a touch making the stay even more special. We were even invited to join the hosts and their friends for apéritif’s and a glass of wine to celebrate his wife’s birthday. The property has a wonderful pool to use as you wish, with showers and toilet access just next to it. The gite was spacious with ample room for us and a kitchen. Our daughter loved the games room where we played ping pong and games every night with her. The area is very close to Saumur along with other attractions such as local chateau’s. The guidebook the hosts have created is fantastic and is well worth following. One of the best properties we have stayed at. 10 out of 10, we look forward to returning and recommending En Rou Libre to friends and family.

Beautiful accommodation and area. The most amazing hosts!

Points positifs : Beautiful accommodation and fantastic location with so much to explore and enjoy nearby. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, they were so welcoming and went above and beyond (even helping out, offering lifts and admin when we had car trouble!) The pool and games room were a huge hit. Such an enjoyable stay in a beautiful place.

Points positifs : Rustige en mooie domaine in een klein dorpje dichtbij Saumur. Aan zoveel is gedacht (een speelkamer voor de kinderen, wijn uit eigen voorraad ;-), een info boek met écht goede to do/to go tips). Vriendelijke, behulpzame gastheer, die je met trots rondleidt (terecht!) en ervoor zorgt dat je alle faciliteiten hebt gezien en weet wat er voor jouw gezelschap te doen is in de buurt. Wij waren er te kort in ieder geval. Bij twijfel zeker boeken.

Points positifs : Combinatie appartement met zwembad, de tuin en de ambiance. Vriendelijke en service gerichte eigenaar.

Points positifs : Liebevoll restaurierter Hof, mitten in einem idyllisches Dorf gelegen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Sehr freundlicher, zuvor kommender Besitzer, der uns sehr gute Tips zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurants gegeben hat. Höhepunkt war ein Flug über das Loiretal mit dem Vermieter, der zugleich Hobbypilot ist.Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen . Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
